Počítačový algoritmus pro vyplňování ORV na registračních místech byl stanoven v posloupnosti „Tovární značka/Obchodní označení/Typ“ (max. počet znaků dané kolonky v ORV je 40). Z toho plyne, že uvedené kolonky v ZTP (a následně pak v TP) se musí vyplňovat následovně - uvedeno na příkladech😒br />
a) Vozidlo Renault, v COC listu je uvedeno Tovární značka - RENAULT, Typ - B (přesná struktura je *B), Varianta-LB03, Verze-LB0305, Obchodní označení - THALIA, do ZTP se pak píše - správně takto😒br />

I asume this is about which car models (engines) are Euro3 (COC) compliant, or i'm wrong.
The problem i have is Serbian customs demands some official document of Euro3 certification, for my (just imported) Renault Thalia( 2001.).
I heard that this model is certified in Czech Republic as Euro3 compliant, after some engine testings.
If so, could somebody refer me to certain official (government) link about this matter.

I afraid is no indication if your Thalia complies with Euro3 in presented text.
I think you have two ways. The first is to ask the czech importer of Renault cars for COC. According to www.renault.cz (Menu "O nás", then "Vydávání atestů") you can ask for COC the Czech importer (4 500 CZK per COC, about one month). I think the similar service will be in Serbia, too (the COC certificate is based on last 10 numbers of VIN code).
The second way is use the czech Car certificate (Technický průkaz). On the page two is part D (část D) is "EURO x identification" (valid for passanger cars)😒br />
